Introducing our new "Abide Fitness" programmes, catering for both men and women with an assortment of structured programmes designed to promote fitness and health without blowing out your weekly budget. Abide Fitness is the new brand we will be using to run our Wahine Tu women's aerobics programmes as well as our recently started men's fitness sessions. Abide Fitness is designed to provide an alternative to expensive gym memberships, providing quality fitness programmes at cost to the community. Currently Adide Fitness has these programmes available on a weekly basis as follows...
 
Women's Zumba classes: Mondays & Wednesdays 4:30-5:30pm @ 75 Pascoe St
$20 donation for 5 sessions or $5 donation per session, including a qualified instructor
 
Men's Fitness sessions: Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays 5:30-7pm @ 75 Pascoe St
$20 donation for 10 sessions, $10 donation for 5 sessions or $5 A.P. weekly donation for all 3, including cardio based circuit training and weight lifting training.
